I consider this Fry as a small brother of Potato Fry.. Whenever I don’t have potato or feel lazy to peel the skin of Potato, I end up making Vazhakkai Fry
Ingredients
Raw Banana 2
Chilli Powder : 1 or 2 Spoons
Urad Dal : 1 Spoon
Turmeric Powder : 1 Spoon
Curry Leaves : Little
Oil : 2 Spoon
Salt : As Per Taste
Coconut : 1 or 2 spoons ( Optional)
Green Chilly : 1
Steps
1) Heat Oil in a Kadai. Add Urad Dal, Green Chilly and Curry Leaves
2) Once the Dal Splutters little bit, add the Chopped Raw Banana. Add Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder and Salt
3) Close the Lid and keep it for Ten Minutes
4) Keep Stirring it Occasionaly
5) After 10 mins open the Lid and garnish with Coconut
Your Tasty Fry is ready. Good to eat with Different variety of Rice and Roti
