A new recipe made of white pumpkin for weight loss
Ingredients
- White pumpkin one thin slice
- Curd 3 table spoons
- Ginger a pinch
- Coriander leaves chopped little
- Pepper powder as required
- Salt as required
Steps,
- Peel the white pumpkin skin
- Remove seeds
- Cut pumpkin in to small pieces
- Grind – Pumpkin pieces, Curd , Ginger and salt together in to paste consistency
- Transfer the mixture in to a bowl, add pepper powder and Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
- Serve cold or as it is
