Chia seeds – 2 table spoons
Coconut milk or Cow milk – 1 glass
Apple – 1
Nuts – Badam , walnuts , fig and Hazel nut ( any nuts)
Flax seeds powder – 1 spoon
Honey – 2 spoons
Method :
1. Add 2 spoons of Chia seeds in glass of milk
2. Add a spoon of Flax seed powder
3. Mix 2 spoons of honey to it
4. Mix well , let it soak and Refrigerate over night
5.Now Chia got soaked well and become jelly like texture
6. Cut apple in to pieces and mix it
3.Now add all the nuts in to this mixture
4. Mix well and serve cold
