Recipe :
Bottle gourd (medium size) – 1
Sugar – 1/4 cup or milkmaid 3tsp
Cashew nuts – 6-7
Almonds – 10 roasted
Milk – 3 cups
Cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp
Saffron strands – small pinch
Ghee – 3 tsp
1. Clean and peel off the bottle gourd
2. Remove seeds and grate it
3. Add 1 tsp of ghee and roast the cashew nuts
4. Add 2 tsp of ghee and saute the bottle gourd for 5 mins
5. Add milk and still it , untill milk thickens
6. Add saffron, sugar and cardamom powder
7. Add cashews , almonds and stir it
8. Remove it from heat
9. Serve it hot or cold
