If I have to say this again
I will, a million times
Till the winter shies and summer dries
What I read in your eyes
I see nowhere, Never not the valleys
Or the hilltops
Not among the cities
Where the lights blinds everything
Never in the villages
Where everyone hides the lights
Here in the middle of nothing
Where only the breath of two lips
Fan the fire like never before
Where the rain and the rainbows
Stand still, watching heaven come down
What remains are only
The space, the shells and
Memories that struggle to leave
And the lazy smile, the loosening grip
Wakes up against the morning gaze.
Somewhere in the loud distance
Strings play the faith and lute
Play the darkness
Nothings come back in a rush
Of madness that the limbs
Come back to shame the lights
Even the day played hide and seek
As the beings made the lost
Time count back, walking hand over hand
If I have to say this again
I will, a million times
Not just a breath I missed this life
Or a taste I lost in the miles
But a fragrance my soul
Hates to leave for a second
Without it, it chokes
It rants and raves till
Another time, another moon
When the rush comes back to mount
And bind the hours in fever.
