With one martyred soldier the whole nation dies,
Yet we want war to hear more foul cries ?
The mother loses her son, the nation a hero
Yet we intend waging a war from ground zero ?
The scars are far too deep
When the martyred bodies lie in a heap
Let’s think & re-think as the nation stands still
There is fear & the atmosphere, shrill…
Mother nature- may you resonate your charm
Can we adopt peace without any harm?
Our religion is our pride
Not a tool to divide
The martyred soldier lies there, thinking peace was probably a choice
May we respect that & give him a reason to rejoice
Where there is war, there is blood
A soldier’s is taken for granted to flood.
Remember he may be a father & is a son
& we render him helpless on a ground where he is none.
With one martyred soldier the whole nation dies,
Yet we want war to hear more foul cries ?
