Orange Cup Cakes by Atul Sharma

My kids love to take some cakes or cookies for snacks and I thought why not I make some rather than buying unhealthy stuff from shops. This time around i tried some Orange cup cakes, which is fast and easy to make at home.
Ingredients
All purpose flour          – 1 & 1/4 Cup
Baking powder             – 1 Tsp
Orange juice                  – of 2 oranges
Powdered sugar           – 1 cup
Butter unsalted             – 120 g
Vanilla essence             – 1 Tsp
Eggs                                – 2 Nos
Preparation
  1. Separate the yolk of two eggs
  2. Neat the egg whites till they are stiff
  3. Mix flour and baking powder
  4. In another bowl take the butter, cup powdered sugar, orange zest, salt and beat till creamy
  5. Add the egg yolks and vanilla essence
  6. Add little bit flour. Mix and combine
  7. Now add the beaten egg white and fold
  8. Add the remaining flour Mix and fold well and add the Orange juice
  9. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees
  10. Once the oven is preheated, pour in the dough in the mould and bake for 20 minutes @ 180 degrees.
  11. Allow the cakes to sit in the oven for couple of minutes and then take it out and let cool for sometime

I strongly recommend everyone to try this as this is very easy to make and kids will love it.
